I received my B.E. and M.E degrees in computer science from Kobe University, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. On the summer in 2010, I was a Student Researcher with IBM Research, Tokyo Research Laboratory. From 2011 to 2012, I was a Visiting Researcher in the image group with INSA de Lyon in France under Prof. C. Garcia. In the same year, I continued my research as a Doctoral Student with Kobe University, and received my Dr.Eng. degree in computer science in 2014. Till April 2015, I was an Assistant Professor with Kobe University. In 2015, I joined the University of Electro-Communications as an Assistant Professor. I am currently an Associate Professor of the Graduate School of Informatics and Engineering, the University of Electro-Communications. I was the recipient of the Young Researcher’s Award in IEICE Speech Field in 2013, the Best Paper Award in SIGMUS Ongaku Symposium 2016, the 44th Awaya Prize Young Researcher Award from the Acoustical Society of Japan, the 15th Itakura Prize Innovative Young Researcher Award from the Acoustical Society of Japan. I am a Member of the IEEE, the IEICE, the ASJ, the JSAI, and the ISCA.
